Donato's Beginning:

Donato's Industrial Sales Co. started in 1999 by Robert Mastro.  The intent on starting this small business was to help supply our current accounts further.  Robert saw a need for his customers that wasn't being fulfilled properly and figured out a way to manage their needs.  His customers started to see that he was willing to go the extra "mile" to supply them with what was needed, in the time it was needed, and the quality that was needed.

Starting from a small need, Donato's has turned into a family run business that now has the ability to supply over 500,000+ quality products.

Donato's Business:

Donato's Industrial Sales Co. is a small business that supplies a wide variety of products to their customers; Fasteners, Chemicals, Paint, Cuttings Tools, Abrasives, Electrical, Hydraulics, MRO Supplies, Fleet/Shop Supplies, etc.  Being able to supply such a wide variety of products makes it easier for any purchaser by keeping them from having to bounce from vendor to vendor.  We also make it a lot easier with our extremely friendly and helpful attitudes.

Donato's Goal:

To supply all of our customers with an above satisfactory sales experience.  We’re not there to make a sale and run away, we like to see how we can help you and your company by saving you time and money.  If all you want is a quick order, were not there to hound you.  Feel confident that you won't be bombarded by sales people after placing an order with us.  We like to earn your trust and keep that trust close to heart.  The business was started with one word set as its base values, "Integrity."  That single word flows throughout the entire company and all of its employees.

Running out of time to place orders?  After setting up a monthly, bi-monthly, or weekly schedule we can take care of orders for you.  We will watch your inventory for you and only supply you with what is NEEDED.  You will not see any overstocked bins from Donato's.

Can't keep high volume items in stock?  Let us keep track of your inventory and keep you supplied with the proper stock amount.

Meet the Team:

Robert Mastro is President and founder of Donato's.  After seeing a need that wasn't being supplied to his customers, he decided to supply it.  With over 40 years of sales experience and 15+ years in industry/automotive sales, knowledge is something that doesn't come short with Bob.  Bob still heads the company today and is involved with all of his customers.  Most of his accounts date back 10+ years, building a valued relationship with all of his customers.  Putting his customers first, has always been his #1 priority.  

Dawn Mastro heads accounts payable/receivable for Donato's.  Dawn started to work for Donato's some 7+ years ago.  After the constant growth in sales, help with the "inside" work was needed.  She does an amazing job at keeping track of all accounts used and supplied by Donato's.  You will have a harder time finding anyone nicer to speak with over the phone and or in person.  Dawns constant positive outlook and glowing attitude is a blessing to everyone she deals with daily.
